Abyzz AFC1200IPU

The innovative Abyzz flow pump  AFC1200 with its high-end design, which includes a titanium rotor unit, a titanium mounting frame and carbon fiber parts in addition to durable plastics, consists of the pump itself and a powerful and programmable driver. With a very energy efficient motor and the exact setting for your application, it offers a very energy-saving solution. The integrated bearing flushing provides optimal protection against calcification and, in conjunction with the silicon carbide bearings and the special hard metal shaft, ensures low-maintenance operation. All metal parts are made of titanium grade 2 and other parts are made of high-quality PA, PVC and carbon fiber. This composition ensures a long service life and thus ensures the highest sustainability and the lowest CO2 footprint. Various mounting options are offered for every need. Due to the many available mounting points, customer-specific mounting can also be carried out very easily. The special three-blade support and well-thought-out hydraulics ensure that the pump operates almost noise- and vibration-free. An additional sheath flow ring ensures a low output speed and a softer laminar flow. The simple programming (as with every Abyzz pump) and the possibility of connecting to external controls offer a wide range of applications. The materials used are designed for a long service life and meet the highest requirements and quality standards. This product is developed and manufactured in Germany by venotec.
