DD P1-STP peristaltic pump for continuous use  

The DD P1-STP is an app-controlled peristaltic pump with direct Wi-Fi or cloud connectivity.

The direct drive stepper motor enables continuous operation around the clock. Ideal for feeding water to devices that require constant flow rates, such as calcium or nitrate reactors. It can also be used in dosing mode as a high-precision dosing pump.

Thanks to the robust stepper motor and the high-quality pump head with Pharmed hose, the DD P1-STP is suitable for continuous operation. This makes it possible to achieve a high level of precision even with low flow rates.

The exact flow rate can be easily set in the app by entering the desired amount and confirming it.

There is no need to adjust valves or make rough estimates of water output.

The pump can be easily stopped, whether for maintenance or to make adjustments, and started again with minimal effort via the app control.

With a flow rate of 1-70 ml/min, the DD P1-STP is suitable for Deltec calcium reactors up to PF601 and for the nitrate reactors NPF509 or NPF512.

dosing mode

In addition to use in continuous mode, the pump can also be switched to dosing mode for precise liquid additions. In this setting, not only small additions of up to 0.1 ml can be made, but also larger ones, which are possible with a standard dosing pump but would normally cause excessive wear due to the long running time.

In dosing mode, the DD P1-STP offers great control flexibility:

The built-in monitor can be set to track the fluid level in your dispensing containers and indicate how many days remain until refilling is needed.

The DD P1-STP can be fully controlled via an app on your smartphone or tablet. The free app download is available for both iOS and Android.

With the Kamoer Remote App, you can choose whether you want to connect the pump via your home router and access the device from anywhere in the world, or use a local connection to connect directly from your mobile device. Both options give you full access to the flexible settings of the DD P1-STP.

The app enables the following functions:

• Setting the operating mode for the pump
• Calibration of the pump head
• Firmware updates (when connected via a home router)
• dosing plans
• Setting the continuous flow rate.
• In continuous mode, a maintenance reminder can also be set to remind you when the pump head needs to be replaced. This also shows the time the head has been in operation.
