With the addition of 395nm diodes, G6 penetrates deeper into the UV range, reaching new levels of coral and fish fluorescence. 395 nm: Unlocks additional fluorescence in fish and corals.
400–450 nm: Realigning the cluster with more blue and deep blue increases fluorescence and color rendering and offers a new level of tunability in the blue spectrum between clear and actinic.
460-580 nm: By reducing the spectral output in the mid-range, color expression is preserved in the pigmentation while allowing more wattage to be utilized for a more photosynthetically useful and aesthetically valuable output.
665 nm: Proper use of long wavelength diodes provides light output useful for coral photosynthesis as well as visual color balancing.

OVERWHELMING DISTRIBUTION
HEI2 optical system
It is so widespread that you have to see it to believe it.
Radion G6 increases the performance from an impressive 110.5 degrees in the G5 to a breathtaking 126.3 degrees.
This improvement was achieved by changing the primary optics of the LEDs, which are then integrated into the geometry of the existing HEI (Hemispherically Edge Illuminating) secondary optics (lens).

ONE-ARMED RMS
These two specific kits are designed for the Radion XR15 and XR30 models. Each kit contains everything needed to mount a Radion light to almost any standard or rimless tank.
Each kit includes multiple slide rails and a rotating X-bracket so you can easily position your Radion exactly where you need it.

The Multi-Light RMS provides a customizable multi-light mounting solution for Radion XR30 and Radion XR15 luminaires. The Multi-Light RMS system offers:

HIGH INTENSITY LENS KIT (NARROW ANGLE).
The Radion comes standard with HEI wide angle optics that maximize coverage while delivering a balanced and well-mixed spectrum. For users looking to maximize output intensity, the High Intensity (Narrow Angle) Lens Kit provides a significant increase in intensity (PAR) in exchange for a reduction in dispersion. The flexibility this accessory gives the Radion can be particularly beneficial for users who want to mount the lights further away from the aquarium, desire greater light penetration in the aquarium, or improve efficiency when less dispersion is required.
- Approximately 80 degrees beam angle (narrow angle) compared to 120 degrees (standard)
- Up to 65% additional improvements in peak intensity (narrow angle) compared to the standard lens.

UPGRADE FROM G5
Radion G6 models are based on the same heatsink and driver platform as the corresponding Radion G5 modes (XR15 or XR30). Interestingly, this allows for a same model (XR15 and XR30) upgrade path for G5 to G6. Included in the upgrade kit are the G6 cluster and HEI lens, which together form the Hybrid Hemispherically Edge Illuminating (HEI2) lens system.
In case you're wondering, yes, you can turn a Blue into a Pro or vice versa.

HOW IT WORKS
The Radion® diffuser uses an engineered diffuser material with an optimized air space. The result is improved color mixing and more consistent etching. Combined with the existing optics of the Radion® fixtures, a diffuser provides a more pleasing light image with minimal reduction in PAR.
