The Mastertronic is a new water meter from Focustronic that works in conjunction with the Alkatronic to measure and test alkalinity, phosphate, nitrate, calcium and magnesium. It also has built-in technology for possible future updates. With a unique, specialized algorithm and a state-of-the-art photometric method, the Mastertronic promises to give you much higher accuracy and consistency than any test kit. Mastertronic (MT) is the latest addition to our automated water testing equipment range. MT will be able to communicate with our other products such as Alkatronic, Dosetronic, Solartronic (patented dynamic lighting fixtures) and Powertronic (smart power strip).

Ability to automatically adjust Ca and Mg dosing levels in Dosetronic as sometimes even balanced dosing needs adjustments This is done via ODA MT will pass the test data to Solartronic and the user can select automatic intensity adjustment based on PO4 or NO3 This will be a unique feature in our range and not available from any other lighting brand When Powertronic is released we will incorporate on/off features or even timers for the sockets For example Algea reactor light which currently runs 12 hours If nutrient (eg PO4) gets too low reduce by 10% to 11 hours) At ULNS PO4 and NO3 dosing can also be regulated via Dosetronic Expect a new feature in Dosetronic for daily feeding and could also be adjusted based on data Consider offering an automatic feeder for dry fish food Less nutrients automatically increase feeding frequency

The alkalinity test is limited to 1 test per day and does not perform actions like in Alkatronic. For multiple tests it is best to use Alkatronic.
