Delivery and inspection of your Maxspect Smart Lagoon Aquarium

Your Maxspect Smart Lagoon Aquarium will be carefully packed in a sturdy wooden crate to ensure optimal protection during transport.

However, it is important to carefully inspect the shipment upon receipt to ensure the integrity of your aquarium.

Inspection procedures:

Before signing the delivery note:

• Check the condition of the wooden box. Look for signs of damage such as knocks, dents, cracks or holes.
• Never accept a damaged package. If the wooden box shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
• Open the wooden box and inspect the aquarium. Make sure the glass is not broken, cracked or otherwise damaged.

In case of damage to the aquarium:

• Reject the entire delivery. Do not sign the delivery note under any circumstances.
• Contact us immediately to report the damage and organize a new delivery.
• Clearly mark on the delivery note "AQUARIUM BROKEN - DELIVERY REJECTED". Do not provide any further information about the condition of the packaging.

If the aquarium is in perfect condition:

• Sign the delivery note after checking the contents of the box.
• Please keep the delivery note for your records.

Important instructions:

• The note "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND BREAKAGE DURING UNPACKING" has no legal value.
• If damage is not reported, the carrier may reject your claim and you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.
• You have a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the aquarium to report missing or non-conforming goods. After this period, no complaints can be considered.
