NEW, WIRELESS PRINCIPLE

With conventional fish traps, catching fish is difficult because a mechanism for catching the fish usually has to be activated using a cord. With the Nyos ® FLOATING FISH TRAP ® , however, only the magnetic connection is released as soon as a fish is in the trap. An air body at the opening of the trap ensures a quick 90 degree rotation and buoyancy of the trap and the fish.


FLEXIBILITY THANKS TO MAGNETIC HOLDER

The fish trap can be easily attached to the aquarium pane using the magnetic holder. This allows for flexible positioning in the aquarium. The trap can be attached close to the water surface so that food can be easily added using the pipette provided.


COMPACT DIMENSIONS

The Nyos ® FLOATING FISH TRAP ® is compact and is quickly accepted by the fish thanks to its round and transparent design.

Tips for Catching Aquarium Fish


  • It takes time for the fish to get used to the trap
  • Temporarily feed only via the trap
  • For algae-eating fish, the enclosed
    Magnet algae leaves can be attached
  • The pipette can also be used to dispense the food into
    to keep moving. Many fish react more to moving food
  • For small and fast fish, wait until the fish are as
    swam far into the trap
  • Do not catch several larger fish at the same time with the trap
  • For shy fish, attach a string to the magnet holder,
    so that the magnet holder can be released from a distance
  • For shy fish, dominant fish may need to be
    catch from the aquarium
  • If necessary, reduce the flow so that the food remains in the trap
