With NYOS® GOLDPODS you get a ready-to-use, liquid zooplankton concentrate from the pure waters of the Arctic seas. GOLDPODS contain the calanoid copepod Calanus finmachicus (size 2mm). This is an ideal food for numerous delicate marine ornamental fish and LPS corals.

The secret of NYOS® GOLDPODS lies in a very high quality raw material. The freshly caught copepods are processed in a special process developed at a Norwegian university. This patent-pending method deactivates autolytic enzymes that would further break down valuable components such as fatty acids and proteins. The copepods are also coated with an ultra-thin membrane made of natural marine components. This successfully counteracts the escape of important nutrients.
